If you send a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, vehicle details and anything you tell us about the job. We also collect the photos and messages you send us by WhatsApp or text.

The website assistant

The assistant on this website is automated. If you type a question it can't answer itself, your question is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. Please don't share bank details or other sensitive information in the chat. Your conversation is kept in your browser until you close the tab, and the details you give are sent to us as an enquiry when you finish.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We won't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it.

Who sees it

We use service providers to host this website, answer questions in the assistant and deliver quote requests by email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply. We don't sell your information. If your repair involves an insurance claim, we may share relevant details with your insurer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them, and we keep records of completed work for as long as we must for legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies and fonts

This website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its font from Google Fonts, so your IP address is shared with Google when you view a page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Call us on 07891 562910. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
