What affects the price of a respray?
The condition of the car
Rust, dents, old filler and failing paint all need to be dealt with before any new paint goes on. Paint won't hide them for long, so this work is often the biggest variable.
The size and shape of the vehicle
Larger vehicles need more materials and more preparation. Complex body lines and lots of trim can add time as well.
The type of finish
Solid colours are the most straightforward. Metallic and pearl finishes need extra care to apply evenly, and matte effects and bespoke custom blends are more specialist still.
